Warm Up

Fish game on rower. On rower screen select games then select fish game. Eat all the fish don’t get eaten by the sharks.

Then…

5 rounds of with an empty barbell:
-5 deadlifts
-5 hang cleans
-5 front squat
-5 push press
-5 back squat

WOD:  “Annie Are You OK?”

21-15-9 Reps for Time:
-Row (for calories)
-Thrusters (65#/45#)
-Med Ball Cleans
-Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls (65#/45#)
-Wall Balls
-Burpees

*This workout go through each of the movements in order. First round at 21 reps. Second round go through each movement 15 reps. Third round go through the movements 9 reps.
