-30 Deadlifts
-20 Burpee Pull Ups

RX Men: 165-185#  RX Women: 105-125#

Goal: Finish in 12-20 minutes.

Go lighter on the deadlifts if need be. This is a lot of reps so be smart! Burpee pull ups are just that. A burpee first, then jump into the pull up. That combination is one rep.
