NOTES-
Strategy is huge today. This workout you will lift as heavy as you can for rep scheme. Do your best to choose the heaviest weight that you can accomplish each set. if you start with a weight and you are not able to complete reps at that weight record the weight that was finished. You cannot add weight until next round is complete so it is better to start heavy and peel weight off. Then only time you can set bar down is while taking weight off. Tally each round. Try and stay moving today to keep your legs loose.
