-8 ground-to-overhead (95#/65)
-10 bar facing burpees

*15:00 minute cap

*Try to really be warmed up before starting this workout. Try to find a pace that you can continue to work the whole time with very little rest if any. Ground to overhead can be clean and jerk or snatch. You can alternate between the two. Modifications = sandbag or thrusters.
