-10 cal row

*take 10 minutes to practice and warm up Squat Cleans. Increase weight and prepare for main set.

1 Squat Clean every :90 seconds (8 sets)

then…

21-15-9
-Squat Cleans (65#/95#)
-Hand Release Push Ups

*On Squat Cleans try and increase from start to finish.
