*Find a weight that you can carry at least 50 Meters at a time without dropping. Feel free to use equipment from Engine or Truck (saws, extrication tools ect.) For AbMat sit ups complete all the way up past 90 degrees. If you want to make it more challenging use a bumper weight for a loaded AbMat Sit-Up.
