The mission of the FireFit program is to promote physical resiliency and reduce preventable injuries for our members through education and coaching.
Firefit is a program intended to reduce injuries and improve the overall fitness of the individual. Proper body mechanics and completion of workout as scaled to each individual is the focus, stop watches are not. This program will serve the entire spectrum of individuals fitness with the ability to scale each movement in a variety of ways to accommodate problem areas, previous injuries, range of motion, or strength.
