Warm Up

5 Minutes of Rowing/OR Bike

Then…

2 ROUNDS (with empty barbell):
-10 Jumping Air Squats
-10 Scap Pull Ups
-5 Strict Pull Ups
-10 Hand Release Push Ups

WOD “1/2 MURPH”

In preparation for the “Murph” memorial WOD that will be programmed at the end of May. Break these reps up as needed. Try to move well first, before going fast or adding weight. Wear a 20 lb. weight vest if you are able to move well and maintain standards.

FOR TIME:
-800 Meter Run/ OR Row 50 Pull Ups
-100 Push Ups
-150 Air Squats
-800 Meter Run/ OR Row
