Warm Up

5 Minute Row or Bike

Then…

“Buy in”
-6 Burpees

WOD “The OD Miserable 6”

6 Rounds:
6 – cal on bike
6 – Thruster 115#
6 – Wall ball
6 – Deadlift 225#
6 – Box jumps
6 – Burpees

*Change weights as necessary.
