So, you’re looking at 1:30-2:00 rounds on this one. Choose a variation on the pull ups and toes to bar that you can complete all 8 reps in at most 2 sets the whole way through. Okay, maybe 3 sets in the last couple rounds if you have to!  Sub ring rows for pull ups, and V-Ups for toes to bar.
