Warm Up

A) 3 Rounds:
– 1 min Bike
– 10 ring rows
– 10 push-ups
B) 3 Rounds (Bar or sandbag):
– 5 Deadlift
– 5 Hang Clean
– 5 Push Press

WOD 

Buy-in: Row meters of youngest crew members birth year (ex. Born 1981 = row 1981 meters)

Then 5 rounds:
– 7 shoulder to overhead (#80-60) or sandbag
– 10 Cleans (#80-60) or sandbag
– 30 Double under or 60 singles
– 10 push-ups

Buy-out: Row meters of oldest members birth year.
